Why do I have to give my e-mail address when I don`t want my information passed to some one else?
We use your e-mail address only for answering your questions or informing you of new shipments and/or special events or sales. We NEVER sell your information nor do we pass it on to anyone else.

What options do I have for payment?
We accept Cash, Cashier`s check, personal check with proper identification, Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
Who is supposed to pay 8.25% Sales Tax? Purchase from retail client within Texas is subject to 8.25% sales tax; Sales tax is not applicable to Texas designer/decorator/dealer who has filled in the resale certificate with resale permit.
May I lay away pieces?
Yes. Pieces must be picked up within 90 days and you may give us 3 post-dated checks or sign credit card slips for 3 payments. The first payment will be 1/3 of the total plus all the sales tax up front. We will notify you when we charge your card or deposit your checks.
DELIVERY, SHIPPING AND STORAGE
Do you provide safe delivery and set up of the furniture?
Delivery and shipping are done for an additional charge based on your location. You may use your own mover or we will set up a delivery with one of our excellent and experienced antique delivery services. Out of state and/or out of the country shipping can be arranged. We will get you a quote with insurance costs prior to shipping.
How do I know how much the shipping charge is for my purchase? Once you have made your selections, you may email us your zip code and address for a lowest quote of shipping charge. Normally we will get back to you with the figure within 24hours, occationally 48hours.
How quickly may I get my furniture?
If you let us know prior to 11am, we can have your furniture delivered locally by one of our experienced antique movers within 24 hours.
For out of state and/or out of the country we can have an estimate of costs and delivery times within 24 hours.
I am remodeling and I am not sure when my room will be ready, how long may I leave my purchases with you before I must have it delivered?
Normally purchases must be picked up within 2 weeks; however, we allow our customers up to 30 days courtesy storage with NO charge. After 30 days storage is available for a weekly storage fee. Storage fee varies based on purchase volume.
